内蒙古民族歌舞剧院蒙古剧团是我区唯一使用蒙汉两种语言演出戏剧的艺术表演团体。

四十多年来，蒙古剧团在党的民族政策光辉照耀下，各级领导的关心支持下逐渐发展壮大。她富于生机，风格独特，以弘扬民族优秀文化，发展蒙古剧事业为己任，努力把蒙古民族优秀的戏剧艺术介绍给国内外各族人民。

建团以来，蒙古剧团先后创作演出了150余部歌剧、话剧、相声、小品、好来宝等节目，主要有《达那巴拉》、《嘎达梅林》、《白毛女》、《金鹰》、《走向绿洲》、《敖包相会》等，并培养造就了一大批专业艺术人才。

蒙古剧团重视演员素质和作品质量，在内部进行改革，完善管理制度，并有多部作品在全国和自治区比赛中获
奖。剧团演员参加演出的大型蒙古剧《满都海斯琴》荣获文华新剧目奖、第六届中国艺术节大奖、全国“五个一工程”奖、自治区“五个一工程”特别奖。2001年，在剧院揭盖头晚会中参加演出了小戏《情相会》；2002年4月至5月剧团部分赴台湾成功演出蒙古民俗剧《敖包相会》；7月赴长沙参加了全国戏曲、小品、折子戏展演获演出。

The Mongolian opera, Manduhaisiqi won the gold award on the 6th Art Festive of China, for Wenhua prizes, Five One Project Prize. In 2001, on inner Mongolia dance and song troupe evening perform play, Feeling Meeting, In 2002, Mongolian opera group went to Taiwan perform Mongolia play Meeting in Ao Bo, also went to Chang Sha attend national play show.

2006年蒙古剧团创排了蒙古族经典风情歌舞剧《蒙古婚礼》在呼和浩特共演出116场，成为我院主打旅游市场的一个文化品牌，受到了社会各界的广泛认同，获得了巨大的成功。
